Organization
The Conference is organized by three institutions:
University of Alcala: Institution founded on 1499 that renders university education through teaching and investigation. This University has a Virtual Campus in which virtual education is given: official education (degrees, masters’ degrees and doctorates) and non-official education (titles of continuous formation, of expert and masters) [www.uah.es]
Virtual Educa: It is an attached initiative to the Latin American Summit of Heads of State and Government for the accomplishment of innovating projects in the environments of the education, the professional qualification and the continuous education. [www.virtualeduca.org]
Latin American Foundation for the Quality Management (FUNDIBEQ): It is a Latin American organization which is composed by companies and organisms of the Public Administration. It develops a Program of Quality and Excellence of the Management which is assigned to the Latin American Summit of Heads of State and Government. [www.fundibeq.org]
